Wawanesa Insurance, Is it any good?

So I am considering switching my high premium of AAA insurance to the Wawanesa Insurance agency, there I would be paying half of what I’m paying now, for more coverage and a lower deductible. Has anyone had Wawanesa insurance? Is it any good? I know it’s only offered in California and Oregon but it seems pretty decent. Also do they take care of their claims quickly?
